To schedule your appointment, especially if you are in pain, please call us as early in the day as possible.  In order to serve you more seamlessly, please have the following information available:

• Name of your dental insurance company
• Name and date of birth of policy holder
• Social security or ID# of policy holder

We receive a large number of requests for evaluation and treatment of patients in pain.  Our scheduling is prioritized to care for patients in pain.  Elective treatment, where no discomfort is present is scheduled on a first available basis.  Once you schedule your appointment, if your symptoms or circumstances should change, please call and let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate any needed appointment changes.

We understand that circumstances can change and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled.  We devote your appointment time solely to you.  Failed appointments and last minute cancelations may prevent others in pain from receiving immediate care.  If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice so we can give your appointment time to another patient.
